Be Heart Smart For Valentine’s Day

“BEAN” HEART SMART
One of the most heart-healthy foods is the simple bean. Beans are low in fat, high in fiber and protein, and they are rich in iron, calcium, phosphorus, and zinc. Plus they are filling, which makes them a great choice for anyone trying to lose weight.

Dried beans can be used in hundreds of ways, including in soups, salads, dips, sauces, stuffing, and more. We have a huge variety of dried beans to choose from, and each bag of beans has recipe ideas on the back.
